The hotel is tidy, provides with brand-new and new-fashioned rooms. Staff is very nice and great and you can park your car nearby. Marvellous setting, it's next to shops and restaurants, train station, the restaurant 2 of the nights, and another establishment. Would love to stay here again, really enjoyed our stay at the property.

Vacation base for exploring Interlaken. Incredibly beautiful place with great staff. Good and great location close to nearby COOP and shops, shops and restaurants, train station, and the restaurant 2 of the nights, only 5 minutes walk from a grassy park. Also, right in the city centre.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The staff at the front desk are very attentive and helpful, even during busy times. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the nearby bus stop and train station.
Despite some minor complaints mentioned in the reviews, everything was satisfactory.

The Hey Hotel Guest House is a great value for money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. The Hey Hotel Guest House in Interlaken was definitely worth the price! The location was perfect, right in the city center and only a short walk from the train station. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room, although basic, had all the necessary amenities and even had air conditioning to keep us cool. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, they included breakfast, which was a nice touch.
All was just fine, nothing to complain about.
